Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree preferred but not a must
– Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, well-organized and detail oriented
– Must be deadline conscious, detail oriented, and the ability to self-direct priorities
– Problem solver with critical thinking
– Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese
– Basic Chinese typing skills
– Experience in advertising/media industry and digital advertising a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Intermediate skills with MS Excel & PowerPoint
– Photoshop skills a plus but not a must
– Must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States
– Occasional weekends required
Below is a scope of responsibilities and we are willing to train for the candidate to meet these expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Build digital campaigns and traffic creative tags on DFP
– Simple modification and upload HTML creative assets
– Make sure campaigns are launched, verified, and announced to the team
– Proactively troubleshooting and resolve issues with digital sales teams, clients, and agencies
– Able to identify issues and report to tech team
– QA and continually monitor campaigns
– Consult with other team members to ensure the success of all campaigns and the satisfaction of the client
– Perform testing on multiple browsers/devices to ensure a cohesive user experience for the end consumer
– Analyze click and conversion data for discrepancies and campaign optimization
– Compile reports and campaigns performance analysis
– Assist in day-to-day administrative operations of the Ad Ops team
